Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Nass Marine W.L.L. website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
About this site
This website is operated by Nass Marine W.L.L., a company of Nass Ventures, with its yard at Building 630, Road 102, Block 117, Al Hidd, Muharraq, Kingdom of Bahrain.
Information is indicative
Yard capacities, vessel dimensions, docking limits, berth availability, certifications and service descriptions are published in good faith as a general guide. They do not form an offer, a warranty, or a commitment to accept any vessel or scope of work.
Nothing on this site constitutes a contract. Work is undertaken only under a written quotation and agreement signed by Nass Marine, and the terms of that agreement prevail over anything stated here.
Quote requests
Submitting a quote request does not reserve a berth or a docking slot and does not oblige Nass Marine to provide services. Berth availability is confirmed only in writing. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the vessel owner or operator.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, drawings, logos and marks — is owned by Nass Marine W.L.L. or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish or use the content commercially without our prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or submitting unlawful, misleading or automated content through its forms.
External links
Where we link to third-party sites, such as mapping services, we do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nass Marine is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction.
