Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you submit a quote request, this is your name, company, email address, telephone number, and the vessel and scope details you provide. When you apply for a role, it is the contents of the email and CV you send us.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. Basic technical information (such as your IP address) may be processed by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site available.

How we use it

Quote request information is used solely to prepare and respond to your enquiry, and to carry out any work you subsequently commission. Recruitment information is used solely to assess your application.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share it with companies within the Nass group where necessary to respond to your enquiry, and with service providers who host this website or our email systems, who process it only on our instructions. We may disclose information where required by the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the commercial relationship and to meet legal, class and audit obligations. Unsuccessful job applications are retained for a reasonable period so we can contact you about future openings, unless you ask us not to.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send commercially sensitive documents through the website form — contact us and we will arrange a secure channel.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to Commercial@nassmarine.com.
